Ordering & Payment
Simply browse our curated collection, select your preferred arrangement, and add it to your cart. During checkout, you will be prompted to select a delivery date and time slot. If you have specific bespoke requirements, please contact our concierge team directly via phone, WhatsApp, or email before placing your order.
We offer a comprehensive range of secure payment options. We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and UnionPay. For your convenience, we also support digital wallets and local payment methods such as PayMe, FPS, Alipay (HK & China), and WeChat Pay.
We understand that plans change. Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. As we source fresh stems specifically for each arrangement, a full refund is only available if the sourcing process has not yet begun. Once the flowers have been procured, cancellations are non-refundable.
Yes. We offer a fully bespoke service where we design arrangements tailored strictly to your preferences—including style, color palette, specific flowers, size, and budget. Please contact us directly before placing an order to discuss your requirements. We will then create a custom order link specifically for you.
Delivery Services (Hong Kong)
We deliver to most residential and commercial addresses across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.
Please note: Deliveries to remote areas or Outlying Islands (e.g., Lantau, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island) are subject to a separate quotation and surcharge. Please contact us directly to confirm the delivery fee for these locations.
- Standard Delivery: A flat rate of HK$100 applies to all standard locations in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.
- Free Shipping: Orders over HK$1,500 qualify for free delivery (Standard locations only).
- Remote Areas: Remote areas are excluded from the standard rate and free shipping offer. A surcharge applies based on the location.
We offer three standard time slots daily:
- Morning: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Evening: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Specific time requests (e.g., "exactly at 3:00 PM") incur a surcharge of HK$150 and are subject to driver availability. Please specify your required time in the Order Notes at checkout.
Our courier will first attempt to contact the recipient or the sender via phone. If we cannot reach anyone, we will handle the delivery strictly according to the instructions you selected during checkout (e.g., leaving it at the management office/concierge or returning it to our studio). Please note that if the flowers must be returned to our studio, a re-delivery fee will apply.
Yes. All products currently in stock are available for same-day delivery. Simply place your order before 5:00 PM to have it delivered today.
Yes. An order is considered "Urgent" if delivery is requested within 2 hours of the time the order is placed (e.g., ordering at 2:00 PM for delivery between 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM). Urgent deliveries incur an additional surcharge of HK$150.
Flower Care & Quality
We source our flowers weekly from premium growers in Ecuador, Holland, Kenya, and around the globe. This ensures that we always have a curated selection of high-quality stems available for your arrangements.
With proper care, our arrangements typically last between 5 to 7 days. Some hardier stems may last even longer.
- For Bouquets: Unwrap the packaging, trim the stems at a 45-degree angle, and place them in a clean vase with fresh water. Change the water daily.
- For Box/Vase Arrangements: Check the water level daily and top up as needed. Keep the flowers away from direct sunlight, drafts, and ripening fruit.
Flowers are a product of nature, and seasonal availability varies. While we strive to replicate the images on our site, we may occasionally need to substitute a specific flower variety. We will notify you beforehand if a substitution is necessary. We guarantee that any replacement will be of equal or higher value and will maintain the overall style and color palette of your chosen design.
